Questions owners ask
How much does Turno cost?
Turno costs €29 per venue per month, or €290 per year, for any number of staff. The first 14 days are free and no card is needed to start. A second venue on the same account costs €19 per month.
Does Turno work with WhatsApp?
Yes. Turno sends each person their own shifts as a WhatsApp message and the whole rota as a PDF to the staff group, from the venue's number. Staff do not need to install anything or create an account.
Can Turno track contracted hours and overtime?
Turno shows every person's planned hours against their contract while you build the rota, and turns the cell red when a shift would exceed the weekly limit or break the 11-hour rest rule. It exports the monthly hours as a CSV for payroll.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Turno keeps your rotas and hours for 90 days after cancellation so you can export them, then deletes them. Data is stored in the European Union.
Does Turno replace a time clock?
No. Turno plans and communicates shifts and records approved changes; it does not record clock-in times. It exports planned hours in a format that most time-clock and payroll tools import.
